PERT Chart
A PERT Chart displays tasks related to some project, relationship, and consistency between them and time intervals required to complete each of them. All this allows us to calculate the total project duration and optimize the plan. PERT stands for Program Evaluation Review Technique, a methodology developed by the U.S. Navy to manage the Polaris submarine missile program.
