Stacked Area Chart
The Stacked Area Chart is plotted in the form of several Area series that are stacked on top of one another. The height of the series corresponds to values in each data point. A typical use of Stacked Area Charts is simultaneously analyzing the variation of each of several variables and their totals. This chart type only works great with more than two series. Keeping just one series in such a graph makes it a regular Area Chart. However, too many series can shatter the Stacked Area Chart’s legibility.
