Stacked Bar Chart

The Stacked Bar Chart is composed of multiple Bar series stacked horizontally one after another. The length of each series depends on the value in each data point. Stacked Bar Charts make it easier to follow the variation of all the variables presented, side by side, and watch the change in their total. Only more than two series are acceptable in this chart type. However, it is recommended that the number of series be not too big, or else such a diagram can obscure data instead of clarifying it. Stacked Bar Charts with only one series displayed are just Bar Charts.
