Step Line Chart

The Step Line Chart is a set of points connected by horizontal and vertical lines only. This type of data visualization usually displays how a variable changes over time (Cartesian graphs) or just along the X-axis (Scatter charts).

Step line charts are the basis for such types of graph as Line Chart, Area Chart, StepLine Area Chart, and so on.
